Poor quality and service
I spent £56 on two products, the quality was very poor, you can barely see the photographs printed very blurred Emailed to ask for refund or replacement and was told it’s normal for the photos to print like that and was offered a 10% refund for an unusable product. This was then eventually raised to 30% refund but no more that has still not been refunded
