“Custom” size is not custom. Total loss for me.
Update: They offer me 30% off another purchase. Would not recommend. It will cost me $40 to have it tailored. We ordered a custom size. The dress came in two inches too large. It was not at custom, it was off the shelf size 14. It is for an 11 year old and the bodice is so loose as to be immodest. Repeated conversations are obstructive citing “custom dresses are not returnable” I’m very disappointed, it’s a total loss .
