Nightmare from the start
Nightmare from the start. I was forced to use this service as they acquired NEAT in HK. It's been a complete disaster to start and I have zero hope of a turnaround. They bought Neat ages ago and should have been well prepared for this, however this crossover is pathetic. I see other reviews dealing with the same issue. Rapyd, Neat and everyone involved with the integration should be embarrassed.
