Is this a SCAM?
I placed an order and paid for a MK bag on 01/12/2021, a parcel arrived on 13/12/2021 which contained a childs iphone XR cover!!! I have been phoning customer services and all they say is that someone will call me back, no one has so far. The last time I rang the representative just hung up on me. I have been emailing also with no response. I have paid £147 for unwanted phone cover and am starting to think this is all a big scam!! This was a Christmas present for my daughter who is going to be very disappointed.
