All of our daily historical data has gone, ecerything before Jan this year. Emailed asking for help 08/05/2024, as yet NO reply. Have been thinking of a battery system, with this level of support I will swap out the inverter at the same time. One of the worst companies for support. In reply, I used service @ ginveter.com. I will forward on to the new' email addy. Followup 28/05/2024 (no reply option available) I used the email in your 1st reply, which has been replied to. The issue has NOT been resolved, though I have recieved an email stating issue will be closed in 7 days. I see nothing to change my rating of 1star atm. followup 04/06/24. Growatt customer service have confirmed that ALL historical (hourly) data has been deleted & going forward: "Unfortunately the hourly data can only store up to three months" With NO warning, I have not been able to save data important to me. By comparing the max system output durations (does not have to be continuous) eg max output spike at 09:15am and another at 13:55pm. gives a duration of 4hr 40min. of 'possible' max output. As the system efficiency drops the max output duration will reduce. As these records are GONE no comparision is possible. Update 27/06/2024 Yesterday I recieved an email with an attachment containing the data for May 2019 (requested by me previously) I have been able to import this into a spreadsheet and organise into individual days, create graphs. Basically all I wanted :) I have changed the review to 3stars from 1, only reason for not giving more is the hassle to get the info, lack of notification that access to the data was being removed.
