Very disappointing experience – poor quality and financial loss
I used CJ Dropshipping to fulfill products on my store and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Many orders were shipped late, which caused platforms like TikTok Shop to auto-cancel orders. In some cases customers received items for free because the tracking never updated, which resulted in financial loss for me. There were also significant product quality issues, the items customers received often did not match the photos, were low quality, and in some cases arrived with stains. This led to returns, unhappy customers, and leftover stock I could not sell. When TikTok refunded customers due to these issues, CJ Dropshipping did not take responsibility or offer reimbursement. Early on, I also felt pressured to leave a positive review in exchange for support, which made me uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I personally cannot recommend this supplier.
