where is help when you need it?
#1. I really wanted to learn more in this area, but was totally unable to get into the summit. There was no Link for me. I tried every way to understand the confusing directions. I contacted support in every direction. I didn't pay VIP for this frustration, and emotional upset. I missed day one totally. Day two. again, hard to get in, but because of the VIP status, there was a small square that said enter here. et voila! Finally got in! but it was at the end. I still did not receive a link to get in.I hope I will be able to see these in replays. I took the time, and stuck with trying to get in, and just cried from sheer disappointment! Suggestion: MAKE IT SIMPLE! Thank you Rachelle Neher
