Clinique Gift Set out of stock.
Frustrating that my main part of the Order placed ended up being out of stock (Clinique promotional Gift Set). I then contacted Lookagain via online chat and was told that the above complaint would be forwarded to two other people (from what I understood). the chat seemed to just end abruptly. To be fair, at least I didn't have to pay postage on the other item safely received (on the same order). Still disappointing to advertise sold old items though!
