Avoid at all costs!
We have now had two incidents where people have accessed our account and started making bulk calls. We had 2FA turned on but are being told we shared the password. This is not correct. Avoid this company at all costs. There system is not secure and they will charge you for calls you have not made. They also ignore requests for information and just keep telling us to upgrade our account. If anyone else had experienced this we would love to know.
