Don't buy from TomTop
I bought several things from TomTop. As long everything is OK, delivery, functionality, no trouble. As for all companies/things. Trouble starts if you receive a defect device or don't receive anything. 1. Partly long response time 2. You don't get RMA, means cost free shipment back opportunity is not available. 3. Mostly shipment costs are too high in comparison with product costs, so it makes no sense. But TomTop only offers you partly refund (not full) and mostly in points (no money back). 4. Email effort for refund are unpropotional high for small money devices. Best, buy from Aliexpress or somewhere else. Its not an advertisement. But from Aliexpress you sent evidence as video or picture and get normally full refund. Also if you don't receive. TomTop costs only time and money and products seems not a good quality e.g. Action WLAN camera : WLAN not working, accu : fast discharge time
