Bought a toy power boat it is faulty , keep fobbing me ,numerous emails and they asked me to send them a video ,surprise they can't open it ,post on You Tube , they ask for 72 hrs to for the technician to review it 😏 just send a replacement and a collection note for heaven's sake Customer service is rubbish Avoid buying anything from TomTop Unless you want to give your money away BUYER BEWARE Graham Yates
