I have used UK2 for numerous websites over what must be 20 years or more. Whenever I’ve had to call them regarding any problems I have very helpful either by phone or a live chat with a real person. I don’t have a clue about URLs, hosting, SSL certificated, moving domains etc etc so it’s pleasure to speak to a person in the UK who doesn’t treat me like a three year old. I don’t need to know what’s going on in the background of a website - I just want it to work and I want it to work NOW! The last live chat I had a couple of days ago was with a very helpful and polite technical support person who actual did for me everything that I was unable to fathom out myself. In fact, around a year ago I had a far worse and harder issue to resolve and the person I spoke to did everything at his end for me. On both occasions they talked me through what I could do to resolve the issue myself next time and sent me a word by word transcript of our discussions which I’ve printed out and filed for future reference. I highly recommend UK2 for anyone at any level, including numpties like me. Well done UK2. You’re doing it right!
