Items not delivered in 4 months
I ordered a keyboard remote, 4 months ago, and have not received it. When I sent an email, the response was quick, but not very helpful. I track my parcel, and it says that it has arrived at the destination country, but no further information is provided. I have once again requested for an alternate solution, and will see what becomes of the situation. I have looked at a few other reviews, and have noticed that a few other people have had the same problems. If such things happen every time a purchase is made, people will not be inclined to by from such a place.
