following on from initial review, rating 2 star. please read below.
I ordered an item off their website which my size is always adult medium, the product arrived and fits my 5 year old daughter. I contacted them and got a fairly quick response and was advised I could have a refund or order correct size, fair enough nice and easy, quick and organised, as far as i thought job done. Not so, when trying to organise the re-delivery of my product in the correct size my requests fell on deaf ears and all i kept getting were e mails saying how they pride themselves on great customer service and a link to go back to the same page i put the request in, i tried to speak with someone on their online chat, which seems pointless as their so called advisors only advise was they cant help me, thanks! I have been round and round in circles with them now and keep getting e mails saying a response has been sent to me, but i can't view it anywhere, and no one seems capable of telling me where i need to go to find this response and information on my reorder. I have asked someone e mail me or even call me, but still nothing?? I am seeing a lot of happy reviews on here and other review pages, but i am feeling they are fraudulent reviews as their experience is not matching of the supposed help i am apparently getting at the moment. I don't have money to throw away on clothing that doesn't fit me and I am not going to dress my daughter as a boy to make up for this companies errors. Is a shame as the item i brought is very nice, and I would love to wear one in my size, but it appears this company are doing all they can to avoid me being able to do this. How funny literally 20minutes after writing this review they have decided to contact me with the information I have been asking for and contact is flowing rather quickly. 18th May 2018: 2nd item made it to me eventually, sadly even an XXL was still too small and for a medium build adult male my warning to any one buying from here is make sure you size well out of your normal size. Contact for 2nd item was slow at first, but following my review on trust pilot things sped up some what and the customer care was extremely good. sadly i didn't keep either item as neither fit correctly, so have had to purchase else where, but they did offer a full refund which i am now waiting for and allowed me to keep the items to donate to a charity, which was their advise, which i found a very nice touch. I probably wouldn't use them again as real issues with sizing, but would not put anyone off of buying their children's clothes here as an adult males size clothes would fit kids perfectly. overall a mixed experience, shopping wise not great, customer care following decent, morals and kindness in relation to donations and refund good. I am yet to receive my refund though so I will not speak to soon. But hopefully it will clear my account soon and all will be well.
