Do NOT use Rapyd as a finance management system!
We were using NEAT Commerce which I guess got acquired by Rapyd. The 'migrated' us from the old NEAT portal to the new Rapyd one and I can no longer pay any suppliers. I get that things can go wrong but I have been emailing, opening tickets, screaming and shouting for them to help and fix our problems but I just get crickets. If this is how Rapyd treat customers when they need urgent help, I can't even imagine how the rest of the service is going to be. Needless to say I am in the process of setting up another service provider right now!
