Deceiving tactics
I was extremely excited to find this website! I ordered many items and with my order confirmation came information on how to enter their cyber Monday sweepstakes! So I followed the directions and to my surprise I WON!! being my birthday and all, I was delighted. Winners were posted on their Facebook page and Instagram and indicated that winners simply need to check their gift card balances. So I did, and nothing was there. I have contacted customer service on every platform. and not once was my question addressed. Instead I was met with issues with my order. I am very tolerable with delayed merchandise and was understanding of the delay in shipping due to out of stock items. But the reason I contacted rosegal was about my prize, not my order. So I'm starting to believe that it was a complete scam, since I'm being down right ignored. The FB messenger response to my concern was like my question wasn't even read. It seems very wrong to get someone so excited then blatantly fail to follow through. I spent nearly $200usd with them and even though it was a 'prize' I feel very betrayed already by this company.
