No after sales service
No after sales service. I purchased Larkbox Mini PC during their campaign in Indiegogo. The product failed within 6 months of purchase. They requested me to send it for service to their Hong Kong warehouse using my own expense. I have sent them in June 2021. Today it is October 2021. Even after 64 emails, until today they have not serviced it nor replaced it.
