The delivery was late.
The product I ordered from the company to my hotel arrived after I left. This may not be their fault, but the carrier they chose is very inefficient, bouncing the product through numerous hubs and wasting a ton of time. For a whole day, my order was within a 45-minute drive of my address, and I couldn't get it delivered before my departure. Furthermore, this carrier completely ignored my requests, and when I checked out of the hotel and offered the carrier alternative addresses, it turned out they didn't ship there. Totally disappointing... P.S. after all Flower Knows did the best they can and sent me the gift card for better feeling.
