Poor processing & delivery speed
Update: Whisker has made the curious choice to direct me to other litter options rather than addressing their slow processing time. Consider it done. They won't get another litter order from me. The litter is great. My cats are good with it. My issue is with the slow order processing & shipping. I had a subscribe/ship order that I needed now instead of waiting because I had gotten a new cat. I selected "Need Now" on Monday. The order did not ship until Friday and won't be delivered until Tuesday. Nearly 10 days from order to doorstep - which isn't helpful in a "need it now" situation. My question to them - why shouldn't I switch back to TidyCat? My cats also like that litter and I can get it locally or next day via Amazon or Walmart.
