Hi If l could give a zero rating l would. I purchased the Peugeot 73cm 4 wheel truck. 12 months ago. The suitcase was bent on my first flight which was okay because l could still use it. Second flight the pin came out of the hinge somewhere in transit. When l removed the case off the carousel the lid was half open. Still okay, l buy a strap and hold it closed 25€. I contact the store where l bought the suitcase in Australia, they are very helpful, they give me DELSEY email, l contact in the company on 5 occasions with much the answer after sending photographs receipts everything they ask for, filling in a company form that said they couldn’t help unless this form was used. Answer : They couldn’t possibly help me they are very busy. 3 months while I was in France, they are way too busy with other people problems from bad manufacturing l expect, to be able to help me. I just need to know where to take to replace the pin in the hinge. I had a Lancel suitcase for over 10 years that performed extremely well on the long haul flights. Unfortunately l thought l was upgrading to new technology, alas l down graded to garbage that has 10 year warranty without service. Which means Jack nothing!!! Couldn’t be more disappointed 😞 the start date 15 September still not resolved.
