The products did not meet the quality shown and written while purchasing. Also the size is too small for carry on. Return policy is very bad, I have to pay $15 to$25 for each return. This was my 3rd purchase and I dont think I will shop again.
I bought the Delsey large checked bag (~$400) to use for a 5 week South East Asia vacation. The bag was damaged at some point during the travel, and the wheel area was crushed in. There is no coverage for this type of damage, so essentially the bag is now trash after 1 usage. Has anyone else experienced this kind of damage and how can it be resolved without me having to spend another $400 on a different brand? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Note: There is no US sites that service damages that I could find
I love the DELSEY rolling garment bag! After using it for 15 months one of the wheels came off. I contacted customer service to see if there was a replacement wheel that I could purchase. I filled out a form and received an email that a replacement wheel was on the way free of charge! It was easy to replace and my luggage is just like new. Great customer service!

Beautiful, functional luggage
I hate this suitcase. It’s really small and if you use anything in the computer front part, it pulls on the closure so it doesn’t feel secure and it takes up all the room that you had for your clothes anyway so you probably wouldn’t want to use it then the strap that holds the clothes in on the one side is not elastic so it doesn’t even meet in the middle. This is the worst suitcase I have ever bought and I didn’t take a trip with it until it was too late so now I can’t even return it because it’s two weeks past the 30 days. It’s so bad I wouldn’t even give this to my grandchildren just to have something to do so I’m probably just going to throw it in the $200 down plus down the drain
