I've had the Delsey Chatelet check-in and carry-on bags for several years and enjoyed them immensely! I LOVE the fact that they have zippered interior pockets that keep everything in place (in addition to the straps). I had an issue with one of my bags and contacted customer service...Latisha M was FANTASTIC! She provided the instructions I needed and took care of the issue promptly! Definitely 5-star service! Purchased 2 sets of Delsey Paris luggage and were unable to set codes on suitcases. Called their customer service line several times and spent a total of about 2 hours holding, never got a person. Ended up having to take luggage to a local retail luggage store and pay to have bags fixed so we could use them for the first time. Terrible service support!!!!!

I am quite disappointed in the Delsey Flanerie SE carryon spinner suitcase that I purchased for a five-day trip to London. The case was so rigid that it had no give at all when packing. It was hard to align the top and bottom and get the zipper all the way around without resistance. I thought the inside capacity was stingy compared to other carryon suitcases I own from AWAY and other brands. In addition, it is very heavy. I had to ask nice people to help me lift it to put it in the overhead bin on the airplane. Plus, the weight made me unsteady on steps and the escalators in the London Underground. All in all, I am really unhappy with the bag and probably won't use it again unless I have to. Ruth Lando

I have not used the luggage yet. It looks very nice. The materials look like good quality, I hope they are. It appears to be easy to use, I hope so. Very lightweight, so that is good. The proof is in the pudding!

Purchased a suitcase through Wardow the lock broke after the first trip, wardow wanted a complicated return filling out customs and sending to Europe, I thought I’ll go direct to Delsey as they have a UK base, not interested again a complicated return at my cost, asked if I could get a replacement lock they only provide one colour which would look odd as I have a cream suitcase. Given the cost of this brand the after sales doesn’t match up, I spent more as I wanted a quality brand and definitely did not get that and now left with the option of spending out more or having spent a lot of money for a suitcase that lasted one trip 😬

DO NOT BUY. It only costs a little more to go first class and this brand is the economy seat by the toilets. Pros: Good-looking luggage with descent size options. Large bag was true to size and held a good amount of clothes. Not horrible for car trips. Cons: Low quality build, poor materials, customer service a solid “meh”, terrible warranty and return policy. Exterior material is very weak and does not hold up to handling. First flight, exterior was scuffed and there was some friction melting. Second flight those scuffs became frays. Third flight, stitching completely tore from the exterior zippered pocket exposing a large hole in the bag. A bag marketed for checking needs to withstand more than three flights of even rough treatment before showing the equivalent of multi-year wear from other brands. I could tolerate the weak material but… Delsey’s “warranty” solution to their stitching ripping apart from inside the suitcase? You can send it to a repair shop nowhere near your home and you can cover the cost of shipping. The $100 in round trip shipping could just buy a brand of luggage that holds up from the start. Bottom line, look on the baggage claim carousel and see what brand others are using. You won’t see many Delsey Paris, that's because they're in the trash.

Selection of luggage was great and the site easy to navigate. Luggage arrived quickly and un damaged. Quality was very good, as expected, and description and size depicted was accurate. Registering for the warranty was somewhat cumbersome and a bit confusing.

Bought 2 Delsey suitcases, not cheap, first local flight both cracked in the corners. Warranty doesn't cover it as they classify this as mishandling. I have Samsonite bags for over 10yrs and many many flights and not one crack or damage. In short Delsey is rubbish.
