Purchased 2 sets of Delsey Paris…
Purchased 2 sets of Delsey Paris luggage and were unable to set codes on suitcases. Called their customer service line several times and spent a total of about 2 hours holding, never got a person. Ended up having to take luggage to a local retail luggage store and pay to have bags fixed so we could use them for the first time. Terrible service support!!!!!
