Horrible
Wow, what a horrible experience so far. I purchased a pair of Sunglasses online that was according to the website in stock and ships the same day. It is now 7 days later and the customer service representatives has absolutely no idea why my order has not been processed or shipped. They aren't able to contact their warehouse through any other means than their online system which means that their hands are cut off and the warehouse is deciding when and where people will receive their orders. I have now been asked to wait another 24-72 hours for the item to be processed. If 72 hours that means that it will be 10 days since I placed and paid for the order which means that their website is giving false information. Very very angry and super disappointed. Who knows if I will actually get the Sunglasses.
