I paid for expedited shipping and received shipping information promptly, however, it has not been updated. I contacted the shipping company and they stated that a label has been made, but the package never was given to DHL. I was livid because I paid for shipping to have my item before I left for the holidays. Why have the option to get it sooner if you cannot deliver? This will be my first and last order from them. I expect a full refund for shipping costs since I paid for it and I am not getting it in a timely fashion. If I do not get it by the end of the week, I am requesting a refund.
