Buffalo Couriers RSA useless
Order process was easy. Delivery is a nightmare. Supposed to be delivered to my home address, but with no indication, was shipped to a strange store far away from me. Buffalo courier is terrible, I would suggest these couriers not be used. Edit for response from Fashion Chingu: Your information is wrong. The parcel was collected and the clothes are currently being worn. There is no complaint with Fashion Chingu. The problem is the courier company used in South Africa. You do have a responsibility to ensure your service providers are doing a good job - they are ruining your company's reputation. You can indeed complain and get the logistics company to use a different provider. I wouldn't suggest that anyone order from you until you stop using Buffalo.
