Never received my order
Terrible customer service. I ordered summer clothes for my 10 year old daughter on 5th May. It is now the 23rd June and nothing has been delivered. Before ever leaving a bad review for a company, I always give them a chance to rectify. I have called them in France twice and emailed them multiple times asking for a refund as the items must be lost. No refund, no reply........ I will never order anything again from this company.
