Disgraceful customer services
If there was a minus star it would be that ! 2 weeks ago Bluetti asked me to return a faulty PS54 power station insisting that a new one would be sent out to me immediately, prior to this happening they responded to my emails within hours !!!! I needed a new replacement with in 7 days which Bluetti promised it would ! Now 2 weeks later no replacement no refund no nothing ! Just lie after lie !!! Telling me I will be called or emailed and refunded ??? No response or reply to my complaint and emails or phone calls ! Disgusting behaviour disgraceful customer services ! Stay clear if you need after seevice !!!
