I really wanted to like this product…
I really wanted to like this product and did a lot of research. This product has promise, but it is not there yet. Ultimately, I realized how important it is to go with expensive products when you know and trust the brand or can test out the product in person. The advertising is sleek, but the user interface is not as advertised. The pen is also terrible; it opens up and sprays out the inserts, and lags. I could just have a faulty product, and I emailed them over two weeks ago to start a return and am getting ghosted. If you do decide to purchase, do not order directly from Boox. Go with Best Buy or Amazon or a place that has good, transparent customer service.
