Very accommodating
I ordered incorrect size and the team were very accommodating and offered to send me replacements for only the shipping cost and an admin fee. My only slight concern was that they insisted I provide feedback before they would process the replacement order. Feels a bit like blackmail... The product though is a good quality and there are a lot of options to choose from.
