When I made my one purchase
When I made my one purchase, I made it clear that I did not want a membership or subscription. I was charged nonetheless for a subscription. I disputed it, and was offered a 4 month pause which I did not want and said so. I wanted to be done with this company and have had no contact with them since. I'm now being charged a membership fee again, and after complaining to them, I am offered a partial refund. for something I did not request, and do not want.
