The drone stopped working after two flights and contacting customer service has been difficult, has not happened after two days of trying. I just want to replace the drone in addition to it not lifting off the receiver board makes a high pitch whine. I would happily resolve the issue with customer support but they have not replied at support email provided on tomtop.com as fast as the reply on this forum. Is there an alternate contact for customer support?
