Worst boots I have ever ordered!
I ordered a pair of boots that look nothing like the picture. The material is so cheap and thin! When they arrived (after waiting a very long time), the chemical smell of the boots was unbelievably strong! They are also not true to size. I asked to return them, because of the above reasons. Their suggestion was I accept a 30% discount on a new item, or pay for my own shipping return. They also suggested I put them outside to get rid of the chemical smell. They are ugly and cheap. Even if I got rid of the smell, I would not wear them due to the poor quality. I am extremely disappointed and don't want to purchase anything else from them. I guess this is one of those live and learn situations. I definitely would not recommend them to a friend! They won't even give me the return address until I make up my mind what I want to do. I think they should at least give me a discount towards the return because of they fact they look nothing like the pictures on their website. Again, very disappointed!
