Great Customer Service But Disappointing
Although I was treated fairly by customer service, I was disappointed that the sweatshirt I ordered for my wife for Christmas didn't fit. If anything, the 2XL should've been too big as she has lost 40 lbs in the past 3 months. The odd thing was the head hole was too small. Now, we did receive a full refund quickly and were told to keep the sweatshirt for which we will find an owner it will fit. I am now reluctant, however, to order anything else given the fitting issue. Their pricing is certainly attractive, but being shipped from China, don't expect to get it quickly.
