Great experience
My litter box abruptly stopped working after having it for just a few months. It sounded (and smelled like) the motor had burned out. I reached out to costumer service, as there is a 2 year warranty on this product. I received a prompt reply from Andrea with the information I needed to submit for my claim. Once I submitted that information I received another email from Andrea letting me know that a replacement unit was on its way. I received an entire new litter box in about a week. Wonderful customer service!! I’m so thankful to once again have a working automatic litter pan!
