A total SCAM
They have apparently been charging my sister $47.40 / month for TEN years for an account she NEVER USED! SO again, charging for services NEVER RECEIVED. She had her won business and worked 100+ hour weeks, so she missed this. They are of course, refusing to refund charges for NO SERVICES AT ALL. A total SCAM. UPDATE: Care.com wrote the response below to apparently just look like they would help, but we followed their directions and get no responses at all. They are apparently locked down and refusing to refund a penny.
