No Emailsupport for Germany and longer shipping than given
I ordered a laser printer for wood, which was send from China. The product is exactly as mentioned and it arrived. But I had to wait about 4 weeks longer and none of my emails got answered. I posted my questions to the forum and my posts got deleted 4 times. I tried to use the online chat, but from Germany there was no way in getting online support. So - after I already thought Tomtop to be fraud, my product arrived. I know all this sounds aweful, but I ordered something else again. I don't have high expectations in delivery time, but at least things seem to arrive. That's why I am giving 3 stars here.
