Unfortunately, the delivery company misplaced my order. Pstr was extremely responsive (and I felt I was speaking with an actual human - refreshing now a days with all the AI chat boys for customer service) and helped me out immediately. I also have loved all of the framed prints I've received so far. So much so, that I'm having to find new walls I want to decorate! Highly recommend for both product AND customer service!
