Non-existent refund/support Requested a refund as the poster was not shipped for several days, but the request has been consistently ignored by customer services. Now the poster is being delivered I will incur additional cost to ship back to the EU.

After sending back their china like frames and prints and asking for a refund and waiting more than 6 weeks, they still haven’t refunded us. Order for the value of more than £300. Will report to the ombudsman this week

With a new buzz for filling my walls with art, I somehow stumbled upon the Pstrstudio site amongst various others too. I found myself connecting with certain pieces here until I couldn’t resist ordering a couple. So glad I did! The premium quality of the prints and care around the way they are packaged and delivered immediately sets Pstrstudio apart from some other sites I have experienced. And on contacting their customer support team, they too were a pleasure to deal with. I quite like the look of having various prints in different shapes/sizes filling a wall, so my only slight suggestion would be to possibly add some more smaller size print options too (as the smallest square print currently seems to be 50x50cm). Overall super happy with my experience shopping with Pstrstudio and hope to see this company grow.. meanwhile I will certainly be keeping an eye on where I can squeeze more pieces! 😜

Very Disappointing Experience
I ordered a framed poster, but it arrived with shattered glass. Customer service told me to throw it away and promised to send a replacement. The replacement was just an empty frame, no poster. Apparently, I was expected to remove the poster myself from the package full of broken glass, which was never mentioned and is completely unreasonable. I paid for a framed poster and ended up with an empty frame. Very disappointing customer service and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this company, and I will never order from them again.

I absolutely love PSTR studio
I absolutely love PSTR studio. First of all, their selection of artworks is really special and great, and probably has something to appeal to (almost) everyone. I also love their frames in different colors, and the option to not only check specific frames on specific posters before ordering, but also the option to see what it looks like on your own wall! The order process is really simple and straight forward and the shipping is done with care. Furthermore, the communication about the shipping is very well done, you will never be left wondering where your order is. And to top it off, when I had a slight problem with one of my orders, customer service responded instantly (honestly never have gotten a reply THAT quick) and made sure that the problem got solved. So, great quality products and even better customer service, what's not to love!
