I ordered a large canvas print, but it didn't come out as expected. Despite this being a custom order and therefore a return would not be possible, Pstr still worked with me to find a fitting solution.
A great experience from start to finish. I found a print I loved, and decided to check reviews before ordering. PSTRstudio has lots of positive reviews here, but also some strongly negative ones, which concerned me. I discovered that Liberty London stock some of their prints, which was reassuring given that Liberty is renowned for quality. I emailed customer service, and had a prompt and reassuring reply. So I placed my order. It was delivered promptly and efficiently, using Amazon as the courier (helpful because they already know the access arrangements for my address). The print is stunning, and very high quality. I'm so glad I did my research and went ahead with the order; PSTRstudio earned their five stars. Big thanks to Sophie for excellent and responsive customer service.
On April 3 2026 I ordered a print and received confirmation of my order and payment.,On April 7 I received an email saying ‘your print is on its way’ Now, more than 8 weeks later, I am still waiting for delivery. I am in Europe, so there are no potential customs delays. My attempts to contact the company have all been unsuccessful. I am starting to suspect that I will never receive the print or be offered a refund., I do jot recommend this company .
Had to add personality and color to my home starting with my office and dining area. The PSTR Studio delivered! I selected 4 framed artworks and they made my dreams come true. I loved the fact I was able to customize the frame and the mat board. That allowed me to add my own style to it. Customer service was also exceptional and answered any question I had regarding the size of the artworks. Artwork came ready to hang, with care in packaging.
Ordered 2 prints with aluminium frames. For the price I had high expectations but the frames and mountings are so flimsy and disappointing. I looked to return but you have to organise and pay for return to the Netherlands! (I’m in UK) Dread to think how much it would cost. Wish I’d used a Uk based company instead but for now I’m stuck until I can save for the prints to be professionally framed :-( Lesson: read the small print!
My initial poster order arrived damaged. It was an unframed poster rolled into a triangular package. I contacted support per the instructions on their website and provided photos of the damage. Sophie responded promptly that a replacement poster would be on the way. I have received my new poster in perfect condition and am very happy to have hung it in my home.
I absolutely LOVE these prints. That add so much color and character to my bathroom! The quality is so great, every print was framed to perfection! If you want some cool prints, look no further than- these are fantastic!

I purchased a 25 x 37 print in a frame. The frame is the cheapest frame I've ever seen. The picture arrived coming out of the frame. The holders on the side are small and will break easily. The 1/2 " frame looks cheap yet I paid $80. The same type of frame is available for less than $25. It was described as solid oak and yet it's plastic! Do not buy from this company!!!
