Excellent service and product quality
I am very satisfied with my experience with PSTR Studio. Their customer service is incredibly friendly, fast, and professional. After delivery, I noticed that one of the items had been damaged during the shipping process. However, their team handled the situation quickly and with great care.

I have had a really bad experience with PSTR Studios.
Complete rip off, extremely low quality frame, acrylic glass, and framing. This company is a waste of time, money, energy, and of the environment.
Ordered two framed prints. The package only made it to UPS after I emailed them two weeks later because UPS never received the shipment. They apparently had forgotten the package somewhere.
Prints arrived. The larger one had a damaged frame (huge deep scratches), the print had a crease and was so poorly framed that it arrived completely displaced.
PSTR shipped a replacement. And it arrived completely broken. The frame corner was ruined, making the frame unusable. The acrylic glass was also broken and in pieces.
They only agreed to refund the frame, which was $80 for something that’s really closer to a $10 frame. Complete rip off. The frame is lightweight and the mat is not properly fixed onto it.
They wanted me to pay shipping back for the print that came inside the damaged frame. I refused. They then asked me to send a picture of the print made unusable.
Outcome: over a month of forth and back for overpriced garbage that they aren’t even able to secure and ship properly. I still don’t have art frames hung as expected and now I will do my business elsewhere.
Avoid this studio at all cost. Another Instagram promoted scam. I feel sorry for artists whose art is sold through PTSR.

EDIT: PSTR refunded the frames after I emailed them. They requested photographs of the frames and clarified that when they said made of wood, they meant wood veneer. I suggested this may be considered false advertising and it would be good to make it clear what quality the frames are on the website so people can make an informed decision. The customer service for refund was prompt and very professional. The two stars are for the customer service.
Original review: The frames are obviously cheaply made using only a thin, bendy plastic. They smell strongly of off-gassing VOCs. They are not professionally framed - the back of the frames are cheaply made with little latches and thin particle board. Professional frames are taped up on the back and have wire for hanging, these do not.
The website says "high quality materials, designed to last a lifetime". This is false advertising. These frames are budget frames that might cost about $10-20 depending on the size. Even holding the frame by one side results in the whole side bending and the plastic and particle board popping out.
I've read the refund process, and the cost to me of returning these items to the Netherlands will be too expensive to be worthwhile.
Buyer beware, support your local art studios and artists. I usually do this, and I regret that this time I didn't.

PSTR is incredible! We have used them numerous times for artwork in the house and the experience gets better every time. Their customer service is prompt and always happy to help. I have never been disappointed with any of their pieces or framing.

I reached out to support when two of my prints by the same artist had very different background colors. I bought them a couple years apart and had the pleasure of emailing with Sophie who let me know that while the backgrounds are different they did update their printers since my 2023 order and she so graciously is having a new print shipped and printed for me!
