Excellent quality prints that are absolutely worth every penny. I have bought from PSTR on two occasions and won't go anywhere else for my artwork now. When my baby brain accidently ordered the wrong size print, the customer service team were quick to respond and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
Fantastic service and beautiful posters…
I had a small issue with my order at the beginning because the first shipment got stuck during transit, but the customer service was absolutely excellent. Sophie from the PSTR Studio team was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. She immediately assisted me, arranged a new shipment and followed the situation until it was resolved. Thanks to her support everything was handled smoothly and my posters finally arrived. I’m very happy with both the product and the customer service. Thank you again to Sophie and the whole team!

The posters are high quality and delivered quickly, we are super happy with it. We also had to contact customer service (for a minor delivery issue, which can happen) and they were extremely responsive: the problem was resolved very quickly. And above all, we were able to communicate by email with a real person and not a bot, which allows each issue to be dealt with properly.

Ordered a couple pieces from PSTR and I’m honestly so impressed. The quality is beautiful, the colors are exactly as pictured, and everything arrived packaged really well. It elevated my space instantly without trying too hard. Definitely would order again.

Super awesome customer service ! Really quick to respond and high quality prints. My print got crushed during delivery which wasn’t there fault and they still helped me out ever step of the way. :)
The quality for the price is not…
The quality for the price is not equivalent. I purchased a framed print and the frame, described as dark oak wood, was plastic, flimsy, and extremely cheap. They boast a “free framing service” yet my print wasn’t properly framed and needed to be redone. Additionally, the return process is horrendous-forcing customers to pay shipping fees to the UK. Completely dishonest and untrustworthy business. I do not recommend. I should’ve ordered a digital print from Etsy, and printed at my local Staples for higher quality.

I recently ordered a few prints from PSTR Studio and I’m honestly so happy with them. The designs are even better in person — really modern, minimal, and they add such a nice touch to my space without feeling generic. The print quality is beautiful, the colors are exactly as shown online, and the paper feels thick and premium. Everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The whole shopping experience was super smooth and delivery was quick too. You can tell they really care about aesthetics and quality. I’ll definitely be ordering again — highly recommend if you’re looking for cool, contemporary art that feels elevated but still effortless.

Unfortunately, the delivery company misplaced my order. Pstr was extremely responsive (and I felt I was speaking with an actual human - refreshing now a days with all the AI chat boys for customer service) and helped me out immediately. I also have loved all of the framed prints I've received so far. So much so, that I'm having to find new walls I want to decorate! Highly recommend for both product AND customer service!

I had an unfortunate incident with the print + frame I purchased upon the package's arrival, and was delighted to have my query answered and dealt with swiftly (by the lovely Sophie!) - no hoops to jump through or tasks to complete aside from sending photos of the situation, which was super easy. I really felt taken care of and now my framed print is not only beautifully adorning my previously boring blank wall, but also reminding me of human kindness whenever I look at it. Thanks, team! 10/10.
Extremely poor quality product
Extremely poor quality product - very lightweight and flimsy frame with plastic (not glass) on the print. The frames look like they come from IKEA. It is a shame as the prints are lovely. I've had many pictures framed professionally and these do not come close to the quality of professionally framed prints. I contacted customer services and they disagreed with my assessment of the framing quality, arguing with me that it was a high quality product. They offered me the opportunity to return the products - at my expense. A very disappointing experience.
Perfect customer service
I purchased a few pieces already on this website and they all got a bit delayed because of DHL. I could be a bit pissed, for sure but every time that I emailed PSTR they handle the issue super well, super humanised and efficient. They took care of the problem and always looping me with every move. Congratulations for nailing customer service and for being so nice. Wish you guys all the best and I will continue to order from you.
