I had an unfortunate incident with the print + frame I purchased upon the package's arrival, and was delighted to have my query answered and dealt with swiftly (by the lovely Sophie!) - no hoops to jump through or tasks to complete aside from sending photos of the situation, which was super easy. I really felt taken care of and now my framed print is not only beautifully adorning my previously boring blank wall, but also reminding me of human kindness whenever I look at it.
