I reached out to support when two of my prints by the same artist had very different background colors. I bought them a couple years apart and had the pleasure of emailing with Sophie who let me know that while the backgrounds are different they did update their printers since my 2023 order and she so graciously is having a new print shipped and printed for me! Amazing customer service and I will continue to purchase from PSTR STUDIO.
