Very Disappointing Experience
I ordered a framed poster, but it arrived with shattered glass. Customer service told me to throw it away and promised to send a replacement. The replacement was just an empty frame, no poster. Apparently, I was expected to remove the poster myself from the package full of broken glass, which was never mentioned and is completely unreasonable. I paid for a framed poster and ended up with an empty frame. Very disappointing customer service and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this company, and I will never order from them again.
