Products good but Inflexibility with Returns
Order arrived in 1.5 weeks (to the UK), but I ordered a couple of pairs of shoes and a few veil options and shortly after placing the order I was told that I would not be able to return any items and I should reduce my order should I not plan on keeping all items. I found this incredibly strange to flatly say that all items are handmade to order (including the shoes) and returns are only given in exceptional circumstances. I went ahead with a reduced order and was very pleased with my purchases - two veils and a necklace. The veils seem very well made and of much higher quality than their price would lead you to think. The website is horrible with all sorts of pop-ups and emails you can't unsubscribe from. In summary - it would take me a lot to order from them again, which is a shame as their products are actually good!
