The whole process was and is a huge worry for us, our lovely home is in such a disastrous state. Poboy 911 dried everything up after our flood, and Clint Brennen our sage insurance person has handled the claim expertly. Now we are just waiting for the repairs to start. I hate my home being such a mess. But I must be patient. The work on restoration should begin soon ( I hope) I am fearful of the sanding of my hardwood floors because I am highly allergic to Dust and mold spores. But is appears I have no choice as replacing all my floors would be too expensive, or so I have been told . That is my only worry now. I do not want to stay in an hotel while strangers are in my home doing sanding, I would rather have my flooring replaced, and that’s my truth. But I don’t know what else to do. I am very thankful to everyone helping sort out this mess.
