Global warranty support not cover in UK.
I have bought Mi S3 TV box from AliExpress with Global Warranty but Xiaomi UK doesn't want to cover Global Warranty.
I have email UK service centre they have replied we Don't cover Global version Warranty.
When Registrar warranty on Xiaomi UK website it says register warranty successfully.
I can register warranty so why Xiaomi UK can't do warranty support?
I was told UK service centre we only cover Warranty sold by Xiaomi UK Why supply to AliExpress, Amazon, eBay and many other suppliers?

Ulefone mobile phone can not be able upgrade higher version of OS
I was buying UleFone Armour 11 5G when questions about OS update UleFone told me that it can not be update OTA.
How can you sell phone which I can upgrade higher version of OS? Time of sell you advertised it will be getting Android 11 update but you said it could not be update OTA update?

I am sorry to tell you that the factory preset version cannot be changed and upgraded. It is Google certification issues, GMS does not allow forced upgrade.
