Frustrating verification and no email response
Initially, I made small purchases on the platform without any issues. However, when I attempted a $85 transaction, my account was subjected to identity verification. There were two options for this process: a physical or virtual card. I chose the first option, but my card actually functions as a prepaid virtual card, which prevented the verification from being completed automatically. I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the sales support team, but they never responded to my email. The chat support team only redirected me to send emails without offering any real solutions for this type of problem. The platform lacks buyer protection, as it only accepts cards and Crypto, without an option for PayPal.
