I really wish I had read all the reviews before making any purchases. A 2.5-star rating is already concerning—and that was before they started adding a processing fee! Buyer beware: Only buy gift cards from this site if you plan to use them immediately. I was purchasing them when the discounts were highest, not necessarily intending to use them right away. This is the first time I've ever bought a gift card from an online site that ended up being completely unusable. Unfortunately, because I was just a couple of weeks past their 90-day guarantee, they refused to help in any way. I purchased a $500 gift card. While I’m not asking for a refund to my credit card, I would have expected, as a long-time customer, that they’d at least offer a store credit or a replacement toward another gift card—especially if they want to earn a 5-star review, and keep my business and referrals. What’s most frustrating is that had they verified the card’s balance before selling it, they would have known it was worthless. That kind of oversight is unacceptable. Disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it.
